'Stretch-Strength' Introductory Beginners Classes

General Classes/Interactive Style:- open classes (no booking required) Our Interactive classes are unique in that personalized or individual self-practice skills are taught. Students then gain the freedom to develop their more challenging areas and remove limitations to their progress. This results in dynamic progress being acheived in their yoga practice. Access to Interactive classes is dependent on experience. We recommend that students become familiar with our Beginners sequences before moving on to the Interactive class.

All classes are 1.5 hours except Personal tuition (Private classes) and Yoga and Pregnancy class (1 hour)
*Although most people get started at NZ Yoga with the Beginners classes starting out with 2 or 3 Personal Tuition classes has become popular. This way offers an effective introduction for people looking for extra help with sports injuries, back problems, stress management, and/or just simply looking to maximize their time and progress with some intensified learning in the early stages.
